Workinger stands for Work-in-Germany and is a company based in Munich. After intensive preliminary work and over 100 interviews with integration managers, HR managers from clinics, nursing homes and care services, recruiting agencies, authorities and software service providers, we developed Workinger in Munich together with nursing educators and nursing HR managers from the Vitolus Care Service Group.
Our Goal
Our goal is to solve the personnel shortage in healthcare by making the recruitment and recognition of international nursing professionals as fast, unbureaucratic and transparent as recruiting local professionals.
Our founding team has 30 years of experience in developing complex, highly regulated software, and before Workinger held leading positions at Google, in the financial sector, and at renowned German startups in the field of training and integration of international professionals.
